Life drives a hard bargain
You lose, you win
Life is a gamble
Whilst some lives in shambles
And others still adding on debt
To protect whatever’s left of them yet
Just for another breath of air
Some people don’t care...
But I. Wish.
Everyday I wish we all had just a moment
Just a moment
A moment where no one cries
A moment where no one is terrified
A moment where we’ll see the sun
Set and rise
In the sky
And in that moment
That precious moment
People pay for what they’ve done.
They’ve lost a bet
Or they’ve hit and run
And not everyone is perfect
People make mistakes
But sometimes it’s worth it
If today there’ll be a moment
For all of us a moment to see
A moment to see in clarity

A moment of a rainbow in the sky
